Shipping & Returns

Nothing too crazy here, we make every effort to process and send out orders on the same day. However, there are instances where it might take us a maximum of 3 business days to ship coffee if we need to roast fresh batches specifically for your order.


Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders falling within the range of $22.50 to $49.99, there is an Express Shipping fee of $5.00. It's important to keep in mind that if you place an order on a Friday, the chosen courier may not offer shipping or delivery services on weekends.

Delivery Edmonton City Limits and St Albert

We provide delivery services from Monday to Friday within the city limits of Edmonton and St Albert. The minimum order requirement for delivery is $22.50, and there is a delivery fee of $5.00. However, if your order exceeds $40.00, you will receive free delivery.

In the event that we don't have the coffee you ordered in stock, we will postpone your delivery by one day. We will reach out to you if there are any difficulties in fulfilling your order.

If you reside in an apartment building, condo, or any location with specific entry requirements, kindly include delivery instructions in the note section. For deliveries to houses, we will leave your order by your door, ring your doorbell to notify you, and mark the order as delivered. Please provide any special instructions in the notes section during the checkout process.

If your address is outside the Edmonton or St Albert areas but qualifies for free shipping and you choose our delivery service, we will ship your order,

Shipping in Canada

We offer shipping services through Canada Post, UPS, ICS Courier, Purolator, and FedEx for deliveries within Canada.

For orders totaling $150.00 or more, we provide free shipping across Canada. Please note that the following transit times are approximate and not guaranteed:

  • Alberta: 2-4 business days

  • British Columbia and Saskatchewan: 3-6 business days

  • Manitoba and Ontario: 4-8 business days

  • Quebec and the Maritime provinces: 5-10 business days

  • Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut: 4-12 business days

It's important to keep in mind that rural areas may experience longer shipping times. If you require faster delivery, express shipping options are available at an additional cost. However, please be aware that unexpected delays with the courier companies are beyond our control. Rest assured, we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise during the shipping process.

Shipping to USA

We offer shipping services to the United States primarily using UPS and Canada Post. When using Canada Post, your parcel will be handed over to USPS, and you can track it using both Canada Post and USPS tracking systems. Additionally, we occasionally utilize DHL and FedEx for certain shipments. If you have a preferred courier, you can leave a note, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preference.

The typical transit time for deliveries to the USA is approximately 4-9 business days. If you require expedited shipping, we provide express options through UPS and DHL at an additional cost.

Please be aware that any customs and duty fees, if imposed by the US Customs Service, are your responsibility. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen delays caused by the courier companies. However, should any issues arise, we will make our best effort to assist you.


We make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your order. However, if you encounter any issues or receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to This allows us to promptly address the situation and find a solution for you.

Please note that any shipping issues resulting from incorrect customer-provided information cannot be absorbed by our business. In such cases, any re-shipping fees required will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be settled before we can ship the package again.

We utilize third-party logistic services such as Canada Post, ICS, UPS, and Purolator for shipping.

Once your package departs from our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that may happen during transit, including packages containing liquids. If you encounter any issues like delays or damages caused by the logistic companies, we kindly ask for your patience and request that you inform us at

However, please be aware that once an order has been shipped from our facility or a shipping label has been generated, we are unable to provide the order directly to a customer who visits us in person. Unopened Whole Bean Coffee: Coffee is a perishable item and, as such, we cannot offer refunds. However, we do facilitate exchanges for unopened whole-bean coffee under certain conditions. Please be aware that we can only process exchanges for coffee that is no older than ten (10) days from the purchase date or fourteen (14) days from the roasting date, provided that the issue is not due to a manufacturing or service error.


Opened Whole Bean Coffee: Opened coffee is even more susceptible to spoilage than sealed bags, making refunds generally unavailable. We value your feedback regarding coffee that doesn't meet your expectations, but pinpointing the cause can be complex. Our unwavering commitment to quality and continuous improvement compels us to investigate any issues to the best of our ability. However, it's important to understand that if the problem lies beyond our control, an exchange may not fully address your concerns.
